采用气动测量方法评定零件表面質量的尝試虽然由来已久,但要在实际生产中运用却为一项新技术。本文簡单介绍了现有的表面质量的检查方法后,详细地叙述了新型气动表面粗糙度檢查仪的原理、结构、性能以及实验效果。这种仪器借助于粗糙度样块与工件表面作客观的比较来评定表面的質量。仪器的进气压力为3大气压,可以检查的粗糙度深度为10微米。实验效果良好。根据同样原理,还可以设计检查粗糙度更大的仪器。
Although the attempt to assess the surface quality of parts by pneumatic measurement has been a long time, it is a new technology to be used in actual production. After briefly introducing the existing inspection methods for surface quality, this paper describes in detail the principle, structure, performance and experimental results of the new pneumatic surface roughness tester. This type of instrument evaluates the quality of the surface by means of an objective comparison of the roughness of the sample with the surface of the workpiece. The instrument’s inlet pressure is 3 atmospheres and the roughness depth that can be checked is 10 microns. Experimental results are good. According to the same principle, it is also possible to design instruments with greater roughness.
