本文介绍运用微波谐振腔介质微扰原理测量高聚物材料介电性质的方法,阐述纤维介质微扰所呈现的规律,着重探讨了测量混纺纱线混纺比的途径。认为功率微扰效应可以较好地表示纤维介质体积和介电常数的大小。它同这两个参数的乘积的平方成正比例。文中列出几种不同粗细纱线试样的微扰效应实测结果,并对几个系列的混并纱条和混纺纱线的微扰效应与混配比例的关系作了讨论。
In this paper, the method of measuring the dielectric properties of polymer materials by microwave cavity perturbation principle is introduced. The rules of the perturbation of fiber media are expounded. The ways to measure the blended ratio of the blended fibers are discussed emphatically. It is considered that the power perturbation effect can better represent the volume and dielectric constant of fiber media. It is proportional to the square of the product of these two parameters. The results of the perturbation effect of several kinds of yarn samples with different thicknesses are listed in this paper. The relations between the perturbation effect and mixing proportion of several series of blended yarn and blended yarn are discussed.
