随着改革开放在社会各个层面、各个领域的不断深入,人们的观念发生了“质”的变化。在创新思维、创新意识的驱动下,教育领域为了改变知识陈旧、教学方法单一、理论脱离实际等传统教学模式的弊端,尝试通过采用新教材、运用新手段等诸多方法,力求在培养创新人才方面有所突破。但实践表明,许多的改革还是在旧的教育框架上,做着修修补补的工作,改革的视野和改革的力度仍存在着不少问题。很多院校虽投入了大量的研究成本和时间,有收获但效果甚微。笔者从事手风琴教学工作多年,对此深有感受。为了改变这一状况,笔者在对传统教学模式弊端进行深入剖析和对当今社会专业人才需求进行认真调研的基础上,从“专业技能培养”到“创新创业能力培养”入手,通过教学实践强化学生艺术创新能力、实践能力、学习能力、信息收集能力的训练,并通过引入电脑作曲,对专业创新创业人才的培养进行了积极的探索与实践。
