通过有限元分析的方法对煤炭三向截割力传感器进行了建模仿真,采用正交试验设计的方法优化弹性体的结构参数,通过计算机仿真证明该传感器具有良好的静、动态性能及较好的综合性能指标。
Through the finite element analysis, the coal three-direction cutting force sensor was modeled and simulated. The orthogonal experimental design method was adopted to optimize the structural parameters of the elastomer. The computer simulation proved that the sensor has good static and dynamic performance.
