日前,国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步改革完善药品生产流通使用政策的若干意见》,这标志着我国药品领域将迎来全链条、全流程重大改革。药价虚高为何难以遏制?因为药品的生产、流通、使用是一个复杂的生态链,牵涉方方面面的利益,哪一方都不愿意动自己的奶酪。只有打破既有利益格局,进行全链条、全流程改革,才能挤掉药价里的水分,让药品回归治病功能。改革完善药品生产流通使用
