目的对中药复方保元汤中的化学成分进行研究。方法用多种色谱和光谱方法对保元汤中的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果从保元汤水提物中分离得到15个黄酮类化合物,分别是异甘草素-葡萄糖-芹糖苷(1)、芒柄花苷(2)、芒柄花素(3)、异短尖剑豆酚(4)、达维荚迷苷元(5)、2′,4′-二甲氧基-3′-羟基异黄烷-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、(6aR,11aR)9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、大萼赝靛素(毛蕊异黄酮,8)、甘草素(9)、5-去羟山柰素(10)、甘草苷(11)、异甘草苷(12)、异甘草素(13)、7,3′-二羟基-5′-甲氧基异黄酮(14)、降香黄烃(odorifla-vene,15)。结论以上化合物均为首次从保元汤中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine Bao Yuan Tang. Methods The chemical constituents in Bao Yuan Tang were isolated and identified by various chromatographic and spectral methods. Results Fifteen flavonoids were isolated from the water extracts of Baoyuan Decoction, which were isoliquiritigenin - glucose - Qin glycosides (1), montmorillonoid (2), formononetin (3) (4), Davigomycin (5), 2 ’, 4’-dimethoxy-3’-hydroxyisoflavan-6-O-β-D-glucoside (6), 6aR, 11aR) 9,10-dimethoxy-pantane-3-O-β-D-glucoside, calycrin, (10), liquiritin (11), isoliquiritigenin (12), isoliquiritigenin (13), 7,3’-dihydroxy-5’-methoxyisoflavone (14) Odorifla-vene (15). Conclusion The above compounds were isolated from Bao Yuan Tang for the first time.
