2002—2003年在田间研究了转双价基因(Cry1Ac+CpTI)棉田昆虫群落的多样性,并分析了昆虫群落多样性的时间格局.结果表明,4种类型棉田昆虫群落的多样性指数以双价棉田和Bt棉田最高,其次为常规棉田,常规施药田最低;害虫亚群落多样性指数以双价棉和Bt棉田最高,其次为常规用药田,常规棉田最低;天敌亚群落多样性指数以双价棉田最高,其次为常规棉田和常规用药田,Bt棉田最低.4种类型棉田昆虫群落的多样性时间格局总体变化趋势为5月升高,6月下降,7~9月又有所回升.
The diversity of insect communities in transgenic cotton (CrylAc + CpTI) cotton fields was studied in the field from 2002 to 2003, and the time pattern of insect community diversity was analyzed. The results showed that the diversity index of insect communities in four types of cotton fields was double The lowest was cotton field and Bt cotton field, the second was conventional cotton field, and the lowest was routinely applied field. The diversity index of pest sub-community was the highest in bivalent cotton and Bt cotton field, followed by conventional medicine field and lowest in conventional cotton field. Binary cotton was the highest, followed by conventional cotton and conventional cotton, the lowest was Bt cotton.The diversity pattern of the insect community in the four cotton genotypes tended to increase in May, declined in June and rebounded in July-September .
