本文主要讨论氩气雾化Renē95超合金粉末的粒度分布函数。通过对几种类型的René粉末的试验和回归分析。确定了其粒度分布函数为负指数模型。本文试图用比较线性回归方程斜率的统计量,来检验两条粒度分布曲线之间的差异。在特定条件下,即当两条曲线的分布函数相同、且取值范围一致时,计算证明是可行的。找出粒度分布函数,进行方差分析,确定其置信区间,检验两条分布曲线之间的差异,便于控制粉末质量,制订粒度分布标准。
This article mainly discusses the size distribution function of argon atomized Ren ē95 superalloy powder. Tests and regression analyzes of several types of René powders. The particle size distribution function is determined as a negative exponential model. This article attempts to compare the differences between the two particle size distribution curves by comparing the slopes of the linear regression equations. Under certain conditions, that is, when the distribution functions of the two curves are the same and have the same range of values, the calculation proves to be feasible. Find out the particle size distribution function, perform ANOVA, determine the confidence interval, test the difference between the two distribution curves, and control the quality of the powder, to set the standard of particle size distribution.
