产业协同是实现中国战略性新兴产业可持续发展和适应区域经济一体化的要求。机制体制分割、资源要素流通不畅、非科学竞争、产业依托载体分布失衡和发展水平差异是造成战略性新兴产业发展失衡的重要根源。实现中国战略性新兴产业协同发展,关键在于建立政策协同机制、把握好战略性新兴产业协同发展原则和优化战略性新兴产业合作模式。
Industry synergy is the requirement of realizing the sustainable development of China’s strategic emerging industries and adapting to the regional economic integration. Mechanism of institutional segmentation, poor circulation of resources, non-scientific competition, industry imbalance in the distribution of carriers and the level of development is the development of strategic emerging industries an important source of imbalance. The key to realizing the coordinated development of strategic emerging industries in China lies in establishing a policy coordination mechanism, grasping the principle of coordinated development of strategic emerging industries and optimizing the cooperation mode of strategic emerging industries.
