目的 评价干化学法测定血清中地高辛浓度的可行性。方法 应用美国Johnson&JohnsonClinicalDiagnostics公司生产的Vitros 2 5 0XRC全自动干化学分析仪 ,测定了 2 4例服用地高辛的病人血清 ,利用本方法与雅培公司Tdx/Flex测试仪使用的免疫荧光偏振法进行了比较。结果 地高辛浓度在 0 .5~ 4 .0ng·ml-1范围内有良好的线性关系 (Y =0 .95 6 5X +0 .0 5 6 5 ,r=0 .9989)。日内RSD为 2 .32 %~ 6 .6 4 % ,日间RSD为 2 .5 0 %~ 7.13% ,回收率为 94 .5 5 %~ 10 2 .33%。与免疫荧光偏振法进行比较 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 应用本方法测定血清中地高辛浓度重复性好 ,准确度高 ,与免疫荧光偏振法的测定结果无显著性差异。且需血量少 ,操作简便、快速 ,适合急诊检测
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of determining the concentration of digoxin in serum by dry chemical method. Methods The serums of 24 patients taking digoxin were measured using the Vitros 250X dry chemical analyzer manufactured by the American company Johnson & Johnson Clinical Diagnostics. The method was used with the Abbott Tdx / Flex Immunofluorescence Polarization Analyzer Compare Results Digoxigenin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5 ~ 4.0ng / ml (Y = 0.956 5X +0. 0565, r = 0.9989). The intraday RSD ranged from 2.32% to 6.64%, the intraday RSD ranged from 2.5% to 7.13%, and the recovery rates ranged from 94.55% to 102.33%. Compared with the immunofluorescence polarization method, P> 0.05. Conclusion The method for the determination of serum digoxin concentration repeatability, high accuracy, and immunofluorescence polarization assay was no significant difference. And less blood, easy to operate, fast, suitable for emergency testing
