近年来,有关血小板在出凝血中的作用机制已有了更深入的研究。体外很多血小板功能检查方法的建立增进了对血小板功能缺陷病的认识。据统计,仅血小板病在出血性疾病中就占30～37％,故血小板功能缺陷病并非少见。
In recent years, the mechanism of action of platelets in coagulation has been studied in more depth. The establishment of many in vitro platelet function tests has led to increased awareness of platelet dysfunction. According to statistics, only platelet disease in hemorrhagic disease accounted for 30 to 37%, so the platelet function defect is not uncommon.
