采用机械共混法将经硅烷偶联剂改性的碳化钛粉体掺杂入聚酰亚胺中,制备了碳化钛/聚酰亚胺复合薄膜。分析了不同碳化钛粒子含量对复合薄膜的显微结构、力学性能及介电性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着纳米TiC含量的不断升高,复合薄膜的拉伸强度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,复合薄膜的耐电击穿场强迅速下降。与此同时,复合材料的介电常数则显著提高。
The titanium carbide / polyimide composite film was prepared by doping the titanium carbide powder modified by silane coupling agent into polyimide by mechanical blending method. The effects of different titanium carbide particles on the microstructure, mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the composite films were analyzed. The experimental results show that the tensile strength of the composite films first increases and then decreases with the increasing of the nano-TiC content, and the breakdown electric breakdown strength of the composite films decreases rapidly. At the same time, the dielectric constant of the composite material is significantly increased.
