目的:研究静脉药物配置护士差错现状及控制管理。方法:以我院2014年12月至2015年12月期间的静脉药物配置差错事件作为样本,对其现状以及管理制度上的调控进行对比研究。分析其中的诸多成因,对比其使用的差错的成因,并进行综合分析。结果:经统计分析后发现,PIVAS等药物的调配,分析了差错时间后,发现其中的主要集中在医护人员对药物成分的不熟练,以及积极性责任效果上的综合增益监控。为满足基本的医护管理质量提升,可结合综合的责任心上的明显提升,从最根本的策略上进行责任心上的调控,可有效的降低护士在药物配置过程中的差错。结论:在提升现代医疗护理的质量过程中,满足在静脉药物配置中的正确率,就需要加强对新入职护理人员的个人素养培养,通过综合的调控,从而实现对集体管理意识与水平上的合理调控。为改善对基本质量操作上的提升作用,就应以提高药物管理人员的个人素养作为最基本的措施。
Objective: To study the error status and control management of intravenous drug allocation nurses. Methods: Taking the error of intravenous drug allocation in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 as a sample, the current situation and the regulation of management system were compared.
