本文介绍用微波锁相环直接获得频率稳定度很高的三公分线性调频信号的一种方法。压控振荡器采用三公分电调体效应振荡器,调频带宽可达几十兆赫以上。文中主要讨论了脉冲调频参数与环路参数的一些关系,给出了试验结果。利用这种方法做成的调频源具有电路简单、体积小、重量轻、无组合干扰等优点,适用于相干脉压系统中。
This article describes a microwave phase-locked loop directly to obtain a high frequency stability of the three centimeter chirp signal method. Voltage-controlled oscillator using three centimeter modulator effect oscillator, FM bandwidth up to tens of MHz or more. In this paper, we mainly discuss some relations between pulse frequency modulation parameters and loop parameters and give the test results. The frequency modulation source made by this method has the advantages of simple circuit, small size, light weight, no combined interference and the like, and is suitable for coherent pulse pressure system.
