熔模铸造使用的蜡料,在长期反复循环使用过程中,不可避免会混入杂质,使蜡色变深呈褐色,蜡质变差,脆性和收缩加大,涂挂性降低。为改善蜡质,可将经盐酸回收过的旧蜡再加入活性白土进行过滤净化处理。处理后的净化蜡呈奶白色,其外观甚至可和新蜡媲美,涂挂性很好。 我厂学习了上海工艺研究所的先进经验,设计并投产了一台简易的使用压缩空气的压力过滤净化装置,经过几年的实践使用,效果甚佳。现将装置和工艺过程介绍如下:
