对于燃煤锅炉而言,NOx生成的影响因素较多、生成特性也较为复杂。与此同时,影响因素又受煤质条件、运行状况、生产调度的限制,加大了常规试验的难度及工作量。文中以四角切圆锅炉为原型,在已有FLUENT数值模型的基础上,进行多种运行参数在不同水平下的燃烧数值模拟分析,定性分析各因素对NOx排放的影响规律,得出主要影响因素,以辅助、简化现场试验。
For coal-fired boilers, there are many influencing factors of NOx generation and the formation characteristics are also more complicated. At the same time, the influencing factors are limited by the coal quality conditions, operating conditions and production schedules, increasing the difficulty and workload of routine tests. Based on the existing FLUENT numerical model, numerical simulation of combustion at various levels of various operating parameters was carried out. The influence of various factors on NOx emission was qualitatively analyzed, and the main influencing factors were obtained , To assist and simplify field trials.
