Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the clinical effect of continuous negative pressure and closed drainage on the treatment of hand and foot trauma wounds. Methods A total of 104 patients with hand-foot wounds treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (52 cases). Patients in observation group underwent continuous negative pressure drainage therapy At the same time adding nursing interventions, the control group of patients with simple continuous negative pressure to close the drainage treatment of routine care, the treatment of two groups were compared, the incidence of complications, the number of cases of infection. Results The overall effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were 2 cases in the observation group and 10 cases in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group had 2 cases of complications, accounting for 1.85%, of which 1 case of joint stiffness, 1 case of skin surface folliculitis, 9 cases of complications in the control group, accounting for 16.66%, of which 2 cases of joint stiffness, 2 cases of muscle atrophy, skin surface Folliculitis in 5 cases, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the wound healing, shorten the time of wound healing, reduce the incidence of complications and enhance the effect of continuous negative pressure closed drainage treatment.
