就广播电视行业而言,财务管理无疑其业务管理中的关键环节,要想把电台和电视台做的不错,就必须注重财务管理这一块的管理。目前,中国的广播电视财务管理人员业务能力素质偏低,而且广播电视行业的财务管理机制也存在很大的问题,如相对靠后的金融操作改进的许多问题。本文通过对未来应充分认识相关的内容和财务管理的重要性进行阐述,提出加强广播电视行业财务管理和提高职工的业务素养,建立完善的金融体系管理制度等对策,促进财务管理工作更加完善与严谨。
In the case of the radio and television industry, financial management is undoubtedly the key link in its business management. To do well in radio and television stations, we must pay attention to the management of this piece of financial management. At present, China’s radio and television financial management personnel have a low level of professional ability and the financial management mechanism of the radio and television industry has also had great problems, such as many problems that have been improved by relatively post-financial operations. This paper expounds the importance of related contents and financial management in the future, puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the financial management of the radio and television industry, improving the professional accomplishment of staff and workers, establishing a sound financial system management system and so on, and promoting the improvement of financial management rigorous.
