1病例资料患者女,23岁。左肾造瘘术后3月余,造瘘口有尿液流出伴尿频2月余于2010年10月12日入院。3月余前左腰背部困痛不适在当地医院诊断为马蹄肾合并左肾积水行左肾造瘘术,术后引流尚可,2月前拔除造瘘管后出现尿频、尿痛,呈进行性加重,造瘘口尿液持续不自主流出,就诊于省人民医院诊断为左肾结核后转入山西结核病研究中心,给予抗痨、抗炎
