咯血是指喉以下呼吸道出血,血液随咳嗽从口腔咯出者称为咯血。其特点:咯血前常有喉部发痒或刺激感,然后咳出鲜红血液或呈泡沫样,血呈弱碱性,一般多混有痰液。有时可呈点状或线状混于痰中咯出,此种出血称为血痰。咯血后数日内仍可有少量血痰。咯血多时可似泉涌,由口鼻喷出。因此,咯血必须与口腔出血及鼻衄出血再咳出者鉴别。咯血经咽下
