本文报道利凡诺的致突变研究。利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产,是安全、有效的。经Ames法TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102菌株±S9mix试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验和中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)染色体畸变试验。结果:利凡诺无诱发小鼠骨髓PCE微核和染色体畸变的增加作用。但发现利凡诺在TA98菌株+S9mix时为阳性,显示了潜在诱变性,表明它在原核生物中是1种细菌致突变剂。
This article reports the rivano mutagenicity study. Rivanol for mid-pregnancy induction of labor is safe and effective. The Ames method TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 strains ± S9mix test, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) micronucleus test and Chinese hamster lung cells (CHL) chromosome aberration test. RESULTS: Rivaroxir did not induce the increase of PCE micronuclei and chromosome aberrations in mouse bone marrow. However, rivanol was found to be positive at TA98 strain + S9mix, showing potential mutagenicity, indicating that it is a bacterial mutagen in prokaryotes.
