近年来,肥西县高度重视企业帮扶工作,不断强化精准帮扶,提升服务水平,优化发展环境,有力促进了全县广大企业的健康快速发展。安徽富光实业股份公司就坐落在古镇三河。通过三十多年的发展,目前早已成为全国口杯行业的龙头企业,但是能耗水涨船高是不得不面对的现实问题。根据2016年5月出台的《肥西县承接合肥市扶持产业发展“1+3+5”政策体系的若干规定》,肥西县支持企业开展节能技术改造,并对企业利用屋顶建设太阳能光伏发电项目进行补助。按照相关政策,富光公司通过屋顶太阳能光伏发电项目能享受到90万元财政补助,目前项目一期工程的太阳能支架已经安装完毕,而项目并网发电之后,还将为企业降低能耗
