“湘肥三号”是我所1970年用“浙紫62—18”为母本,“江苏早苕”为父本杂交,经三年选育基本定型的早熟紫云英品种。1974年参加品比试验,表现早熟高产,生长势强。稻田测产,亩产鲜草9000多斤,种子80多斤。1975年参加全省区试,在春季阴雨低温延续时间长的情况下,19个单位试验都比当地紫云英品种增产,平均亩产鲜草4551斤,种子64.1斤。
“Xiangfei No. 3” is a hybrid of early maturing varieties of Chinese milk vetch with “Zhezhai 62-18” as the female parent and “Jiangsu Zaoju” as the male parent in 1970 after three years of breeding. In 1974 to participate in the ratio test, showing early maturity and high yield, strong growth potential. Rice field test, yielding more than 9000 kilograms of fresh grass, seed 80 kilos. In 1975 to participate in the provincial test, in the spring prolonged rainy conditions, 19 units of test than the local varieties of astragalus yield, the average yield of 4551 pounds of fresh grass, seed 64.1 kg.
