制约当前农村医疗卫生机构创新能力的最关键因素是隐性知识。本研究应用隐性知识理论,通过设计农村医疗机构创新能力评价的指标体系和调查问卷,对河北省3个城市的27家农村医疗卫生机构的创新能力现状进行了调查,通过对问卷的汇总分析,获得了当前农村医疗卫生机构创新能力现状的认识,提出了发展对策。
The most crucial factor restricting the innovation capability of the current rural medical and health institutions is tacit knowledge. In this study, tacit knowledge theory was applied to investigate the innovation capacity of 27 rural medical and health institutions in three cities in Hebei Province through designing the index system and questionnaire for evaluating the innovation capability of rural medical institutions. By summarizing and analyzing the questionnaires , Obtained the current understanding of the status quo of innovative ability of rural medical and health institutions, proposed development strategies.
