肺癌是当今临床发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,诊断时多是Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的晚期患者,其中老年患者比例较高。由于老年人体质较弱,且合并多种慢性疾病,多数学者不主张采用手术或者放、化疗,患者及家属要求保守治疗者居多。保护治疗可选用中医中药及最佳对症支持治疗为主,复方苦参注射液是临床应用较广的抗肿瘤中药。我们观察了使用复方苦参注射液治疗62例老年晚期NSCLC患者的疗效,均较好,现报告如下。
