癌症是当前人类健康的最大敌人,每年全世界约有600万人被癌症夺去生命,其中我国约130万人死于癌症。但是,癌症也是可以控制的。世界癌症研究基金会多年来致力于癌症的基础、临床及预防等方面的研究,总结了全世界在癌症领域的研究成果,提出了具有广泛科学依据的从膳食和保健方面预防癌症的14条建议:1.合理安排饮食。在每天的饮食中,植物性食物如蔬菜、水果、谷类和豆类应占2/3以上。2.控制体重。成年后体重增幅不应超过5千克。用体质数(BMI)公式来衡量。
Cancer is the biggest enemy of current human health. Every year, about 6 million people worldwide are deprived of their lives by cancer, of which about 1.3 million people in China die of cancer. However, cancer is also manageable. For many years, the World Cancer Research Foundation has devoted itself to the research on the basic, clinical and preventive aspects of cancer. It has summarized the research results in the field of cancer around the world and put forward 14 recommendations on cancer prevention in diet and health with a wide range of scientific basis : 1. Reasonable diet. In the daily diet, plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, cereals and beans account for more than 2/3. 2. Weight control. Adult weight gain should not exceed 5 kg. Measured using the Body Mass (BMI) formula.
