介绍把红外二维列阵探测器与带有步进扫描器的FT-IR(傅里叶交换红外)光谱仪组合在一起的新FT-IR光谱成像仪的构成等。另外,还列举了有效运用这种装置特长所得到的应用数据,并从其数据解释中阐述光谱成像法的有用性。
The composition of a new FT-IR spectral imager that combines an infrared two-dimensional array detector with an FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared) spectrometer with a step-and-scan scanner is described. In addition, application data obtained by effective use of such devices are listed, and the usefulness of spectral imaging methods is explained from the data interpretation.
