番杏,是什么呢?这个怪名字使许多人迷惘。是不是一种从国外引进的桃、杏之类的水果呢?不是。我国是世界“园林之母”,从国外引进果品很少;而番杏也根本不是什么顾名思义的“洋杏子”。番杏是植物学名称,要说俗称“洋菠菜”,知道的人便多一些了。所以叫“洋菠菜”,
