科研人员经过多年研究得出结论:某些植物血凝素是可以和某些血型的抗原相容的。根据这一原则,就可以制定出不同的食物清单,根据血型来确定哪些食物可吃而哪些不可食用或少食用。如果植物血凝素与血型相匹配,则对健康十分有益。
Researchers after years of research concluded that certain phytohemagglutinins are compatible with some blood group antigens. Based on this principle, different food lists can be worked out to determine which foods are edible and which foods are not edible or less edible based on their blood type. If phytohemagglutinin matches the blood type, it is good for your health.
