采用固相接枝制备马来酸酐接枝纤维素晶须(MAH-CW),讨论了其对苯乙烯/水乳液的稳定性能,并采用红外测试证实了接枝产物的生成。考察m(MAH)∶m(CW)、接枝温度和接枝时间对取代度的影响,在m(MAH)∶m(CW)为8、温度为110℃、时间为4h时,取代度最高为3.85。在纤维素晶须的纳米尺寸效应与马来酸酐接枝物的两性效应共同作用下,MAH-CW对苯乙烯/水乳液具有稳定性能。较高的取代度、较多的稳定剂和碱性环境有助于稳定乳液,可减缓乳液稳定指数的下降速度。
Maleic anhydride grafted cellulose whiskers (MAH-CW) were prepared by solid-state grafting. The stability of styrene / water emulsion was discussed. The formation of grafted products was confirmed by IR. The effects of m (MAH): m (CW), grafting temperature and grafting time on the degree of substitution were investigated. The highest degree of substitution was obtained at m (MAH): m 3.85. MAH-CW has a stable performance on styrene / water emulsions when the nanosize effect of cellulose whiskers and the amphoteric effect of maleic anhydride grafts are combined. Higher degree of substitution, more stabilizer and alkaline environment help to stabilize the emulsion, which can slow down the decline of emulsion stability index.
