百草枯(PQ)具有较高的除草作用,且对环境不造成严重污染,因此使用较为广泛。近年来,百草枯急性中毒(APP)发生率较高,且该病情危害较大、进展迅速,无特定的高效解毒药物,在临床中是一种常见的危重症,其治疗预后效果较差,采取何种方法缓解机体损伤程度,有效改善患者预后是临床急需探讨的课题,本文旨在分析APP的发生机制及其治疗研究进展。
