换流阀安装质量控制的重点是安装条件和安装过程。通过工程实例,对换流阀安装从前期和安装全过程的施工质量进行了阐述,并对施工中易产生质量偏差的部位和关键工序提出了相应的控制措施和要点,以事前控制和事中控制相结合的办法,实施项目全过程质量监控,确保换流阀的安装质量处于受控状态。
Converter valve installation quality control is the focus of the installation conditions and installation process. Through the engineering examples, the construction quality of the commutation valve installation from the pre-installation and the whole installation process is described, and the corresponding control measures and key points are put forward for the parts and key processes which are prone to produce quality deviations during construction. Control a combination of methods to implement the entire project quality control, to ensure that the installation of the valve quality control in a controlled state.
