内科化疗是晚期非小细胞肺癌(N SCLC)的主要治疗手段之一,化疗方案的选择尤为重要。我科2002-06~2003-12选用NP方案(长春瑞宾联合顺铂)治疗晚期N SCLC 23例,取得满意疗效。并设置EP方案化疗作为对照组。现报告如下。1对象和方法1.1对象男39例,女7例,年龄39~71(平均54)岁。均经
Internal chemotherapy is one of the main treatments for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (N SCLC). The choice of chemotherapy regimen is particularly important. Our department from 2002-06 to 2003-12 selected NP regimen (vinorelbine combined with cisplatin) treatment of advanced N SCLC in 23 cases, and achieved satisfactory results.
