谈到初始年级班级常规管理,如何让学生迅速适应高中生活,迅速投入学习中,高质量地完成高一为高考所起的决定性作用的学习任务,这一直是大家的困惑。就我的管理理念来讲,我采用的是“让学生从做事开始”的策略,让他们在做中学,在学中做。我平日并未直接谈常规,出现问题,我常从反面问学生:“你认为这样行吗?”“你觉得该如何好呢?”等言语与之交流,激发他的内驱力,让学生主动思考、解决问题。
