我国高校艺术专业在一定程度上和范围里出现了过度教育问题,突出表现为相当比例的艺术生教育性失业和转行就业。从供求关系看,艺考生入学需求旺盛,艺术院校办学规模大幅扩张,艺术行业人才需求相对疲软,是艺术专业过度教育问题的主要成因。随着艺术学独立升格为学科门类,这个问题可能变得更加严重。
To a certain extent and extent, the art major in colleges and universities in our country has faced the problem of over-education, and has highlighted the fact that a considerable proportion of art students have lost their jobs in education and job-hunting. From the perspective of supply and demand, the demand of arts candidates is strong, and the scale of running arts schools is greatly expanded. The demand for art talents in the art industry is relatively weak, which is the major cause of over-education in art major. This problem may become even more serious as art studies are upgraded to subject categories independently.
