本文从高校机关党建工作的特殊性和创新高校机关党建工作的必要性两个方面,以高校党建工作理论与实践创新为研究内容,探索学校在新一轮跨越式发展中,高校机关党建工作的理论与实践新规律,在工作理念、工作载体、工作领域和工作手段等方面进行探讨,进而推进机关党组织自身的思想建设、组织建设和作风建设,构建新型的高校机关党组织。
