本文根据我国有关公司方面的法律、法规和行政规章,从法律角度对分公司与子公司的差别作了分析,澄清了实践中的一些模糊认识。
Based on the laws, regulations and administrative regulations of our country concerning the company, this paper analyzes the differences between the branches and subsidiaries from the legal point of view, and clarifies some vague awareness in practice.
