当前,有关农村干部经济犯罪的案件,经常见诸报端,也引起了各级党组织的重视。然而,一些村干部摆阔气、讲排场、图享受的现象,虽未构成违法犯罪,但其危害性不可小视。改革开放以来,我国农村经济有了很大发展,农村面貌焕然一新。但是,真正富裕起来的村,毕竟还不够多。特别是那些欠发达地区农村,没有资源,没有企业,没有致富门路,老百姓的生活仍然停留在温饱有余的水平上,村集体经济大都是空
At present, the cases concerning the economic crimes committed by rural cadres have often appeared in the newspapers and aroused the attention of party organizations at all levels.
