2004年以来,“选拔生”计划在赣南土地上生根发芽,实施这一计划的出发点在于破解“三农”难题,统筹城乡发展。实践证明,该计划的实施在一定程度上达到了预期目的,且缓解了大学生的就业压力,还适度调整了就业市场的供需矛盾,是一条既有利于大学生成才,又有利于新农村建设的双赢措施。本文结合赣州市近年实行“选拔生”计划的实施情况和实践经验,探索了“选拔生”计划的制度建设。
