前言我国在五十年代开始把水力旋流器用于脱泥和分级,並且还做了大量试验研究工作,主要是研究分离粒度d_(50)及容积生产能力的计算。对于水力旋流器的结构参数及工艺参数以及它们之间的关系,特别是产品粒度分布方面,研究得很不够,仅停留在一般概念上,不能用公式计算。近十年来,世界各国对水力旋流器的数学模型及模拟计算做了大量的试验研究工作並获得很大进展。现在可以利用水力旋流器的数学模型通过模拟计算,来确定水力旋流器的结构
Foreword In the 1950s, China began to use hydrocyclones for desliming and grading, and a great deal of experimental research was done. The main work was to study the separation of particle size d 50 and volumetric capacity. For hydrocyclones structural parameters and process parameters and their relationship, especially the product size distribution, the research is not enough, only stay in the general concept, can not be calculated using the formula.
