在教师专业实践过程中,教师要谋求自主发展,一个重要标志就是看教师是否拥有一种自我反思的能力,如果作为成人的教师能够通过在对自己成长经历的不断反思中获取进一步的养料,他就能在专业发展上获得自主发展。在课堂教学中,教师应不断地反思教学中的成功之处、失误之处、困惑之处、学生的见解、教学再设计等,在教学反思中不断地前进。
