５０例充血性心力衰竭的住院患者，在强心、利尿和扩血管等药物的治疗基础上，加用硫酸镁治疗，结果加镁组显效率６４％，对照组显效率３１．１％，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。加镁组症状，体征消失比较多，疗效出现时间较早，洋地黄中毒，室性心律失常，低血钾的发生率明显低于对照组。其住院病死率显著低于对照组。
