魏程和高占喜是两个年龄差不多的中学生,一个是繁华城市里的富家子,生活优裕,却因迷恋网络辍学在家,每天“不在网吧,就在去网吧的路上,不在睡觉,就在打算睡觉的床上”;一个是大西北偏僻农村的穷少年,成绩优良,却因家庭贫困面临辍学,最大的梦想就是依靠读书走出大山,去看看外面那个传说中的世界。2006年9月,这两个原本互不相干的青春少年,因为湖南卫视的一档纪实性节目《变形记》被紧紧地联系在了一起。九天的时间里,他们互换角色,分别去真实地体验彼此的生存状态。面对巨大的现实生活反差,他们将经历怎样的激动、眼泪、震撼和悔悟……
Wei Cheng and Gao Zhanxi are two middle school students of about the same age. One is a rich family living in a prosperous city. They live a good life, but because they are obsessed with the Internet, they drop out of school at home. Every day, they are not in Internet cafes, they are on the way to Internet cafes, they are not sleeping, and they are planning to sleep. “On the bed”; one is a poor teenager in a remote rural area in northwest China, who has excellent grades but faces school dropouts because of family poverty. The biggest dream is to rely on reading to get out of the mountains and to see the legendary world outside. In September 2006, these two youths, who were originally unrelated to each other, were closely linked because Hunan Satellite TV’s documentary program “Metamorphosis” was closely linked. For nine days, they exchanged roles and truly experienced each other’s living conditions. What kind of excitement, tears, shock and repentance they will experience in the face of huge real life contrasts...
