为了开发利用桂西北岩溶地区丰富的药用植物资源,利用超声波协同提取和正交试验,优化鞘花寄生总黄酮提取的工艺条件。利用分光光度法,对阴香、香樟、桂花等7种寄主的鞘花寄生枝叶、花及果实总黄酮含量进行测定。结果表明:(1)鞘花寄生果实总黄酮提取的优化工艺条件为:乙醇浓度30%,超声波提取时间60 min,超声波提取功率180 W,料液比1∶30。在此条件下得到的鞘花寄生果实总黄酮提取率为3.96%。(2)不同寄主的鞘花寄生,其总黄酮含量有明显差异;相同寄主的鞘花寄生,其不同器官的总黄酮含量也有极显著差异,并且均表现为:枝叶>花>果实。不同寄主的鞘花寄生,其枝叶、花和果实总黄酮含量分别为:5.29%~14.09%,3.92%~6.11%和2.68%~4.98%。(3)鞘花寄生总黄酮含量较高,极具开发利用价值。
In order to develop and utilize abundant medicinal plant resources in the karst area of northwestern Guangxi, ultrasonic synergistic extraction and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the extraction conditions of the total flavonoids from the flower of the sheath. Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in leaves, flowers and fruits of seven host plants of Cinnamomum camphora, Citron, Osmanthus fragrans. The results showed that: (1) The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from the parasitoid fruit were as follows: ethanol concentration 30%, ultrasonic extraction time 60 min, ultrasonic extraction power 180 W, solid-liquid ratio 1:30. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the parasitoid fruit of sheath was 3.96%. (2) There were significant differences in the total flavonoids content in the sheaths of different host hosts. The host flavonoids of the same host also had extremely significant differences in their total flavonoid content in different organs, and they all showed as follows: foliage> flower> fruit. The host sheath flower parasitism, the total flavonoid content of its branches, flowers and fruits were: 5.29% ~ 14.09%, 3.92% ~ 6.11% and 2.68% ~ 4.98%. (3) The content of total flavonoids in sheath flowers is high, which is of great value for development and utilization.
