教学管理是一个完整的控制系统,在教学管理中,校长作出教学方面的决策后,教务处就要把校长的决策具体化,对控制对象施加影响。这就要求系统有反馈途径,以对教学过程中产生的新情况、新动向作出反应,这是整个系统进行自我调节、自我控制和自我完善的前提。这一系统的反馈途径有多种,而考试是其中最重要、最准确的一种反馈方式。如果能在教学管理中科学地运用考试,那么反馈系统的工作将会更加顺利地进行,并有助于整个管理系统的自我控制和调节。基于此,笔者拟从以下几个方面谈一谈考试在教学管理中的应用。
Teaching management is a complete control system. In the teaching management, after the principal makes the teaching decision, the Academic Affairs Office should make the decision of the headmaster concrete and exert influence on the controlled object. This requires that the system have feedback channels to respond to new situations and new trends arising from the teaching process. This is the prerequisite for the entire system to self-regulate, self-control and self-improvement. There are many ways to feedback this system, and exams are one of the most important and accurate feedback methods. If you can use the exams scientifically in teaching management, the feedback system will work more smoothly and help the entire management system self-control and regulation. Based on this, I would like to talk about the following aspects of the test in the teaching management application.
