目的:研究奥扎格雷钠(sodium ozagrel,S-OZA)对垂体后叶素(pituitrin,PIT)所致大鼠心肌缺血模型的保护作用及机制。方法:采用PIT建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察S-OZA对大鼠心电图(ECG)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平及血小板因子4(PF4)的影响。结果:S-OZA可抑制PIT引起的T波改变,降低血清MDA及PF4的水平,升高SOD的水平。结论:S-OZA对垂体后叶素所致大鼠缺血心肌具有一定的保护作用,其机制与其抗氧化、抗PF4等有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect and mechanism of sodium ozagrel (S-OZA) on myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin (PIT) in rats. Methods: The rat model of myocardial ischemia was established by PIT. The effects of S-OZA on the electrocardiogram (ECG), serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and platelet factor 4 (PF4) . Results: S-OZA could inhibit the T wave induced by PIT, decrease the level of serum MDA and PF4, and increase the level of SOD. Conclusion: S-OZA has a protective effect on vasopressin-induced ischemic myocardium in rats, and its mechanism is related to its anti-oxidation, anti-PF4 and so on.
