随着我国混凝土预制行业的飞跃发展,各省市的乡镇中小型预制构件厂比比皆是,它以各种灵活方式与大型构件厂进行竞争。但这些中小型预制厂大多数技术水平低,有些小厂家,水泥、钢材浪费十分严重;有的甚至出现质量事故。出现质量事故原因是多方面的,但混凝土的质量控制不良是其主要因素之一。据了解,有一些中小型构件厂虽具有万能试验机,但只能作同条件养护试块,没法作标养试块。
With the rapid development of China’s concrete prefabrication industry, township small and medium-sized prefabricated component factories of various provinces and cities abound, and they compete with large-scale component factories in various flexible ways. However, most of these small and medium sized precast plants have low technical standards. Some small manufacturers waste cement and steel products very seriously; some even have quality accidents. There are many reasons for quality accidents, but poor quality control of concrete is one of the main factors. It is understood that although there are some small and medium-sized component factories that have universal testing machines, they can only be used to maintain the same conditions as the maintenance block, and they cannot be used as standard block tests.
