文章针对水利水电工程施工合同变更与索赔,结合当前水利水电工程实际情况,在简单分析变更与索赔基本概念的基础上,对具体的产生原因与责任划分进行总结,并从设计、合同文件编制以及投保三方面提出控制施工合同变更与索赔的有效措施,得出良好的变更与索赔控制对于促进工程持续发展有着重要作用和意义的结论。
Based on the simple analysis of the basic concepts of change and claim, this paper summarizes the causes and responsibilities of the construction contracts, and discusses the design and contractual documents preparation, as well as the change and compensation of construction contracts for water conservancy and hydropower projects. Based on the actual situation of water conservancy and hydropower projects, The three aspects of insurance coverage put forward effective measures to control the change and compensation of construction contracts, and concluded that the control and modification of good controls on claims have an important role and significance in promoting the sustainable development of the project.
