前言机械工业的迅速发展推进了机械的自动化和机械手化,从而对各种机械部件的要求更加复杂和精密。用一般结构钢制造的零件,机械加工往往比较困难,因而对易切削钢的需求量剧增。易切削钢中含有改善切削性能的元素,这种钢在自动化机械生产中不可缺少。根据所含合金元素的不同,易切削钢可分为:S易切削钢,S—Pb易切削钢,S—Pb—Te易切削钢等。含Pb、Te的易切削钢又特殊称叫超易切削钢。
Preface The rapid development of the machinery industry has promoted the automation and robotization of machinery, thus making the requirements of various mechanical parts more complicated and sophisticated. Parts made of general structural steel, machining is often more difficult, so the demand for free-cutting steel surge. Free-cutting steel contains cutting elements to improve the performance of the steel in the production of automated machinery indispensable. According to the different alloying elements, free cutting steel can be divided into: S free cutting steel, S-Pb free cutting steel, S-Pb-Te free cutting steel. Free-cutting steel containing Pb, Te and special called ultra-cutting steel.
