Sweden is a economically developed industrialized country. In the long run, Sweden’s labor market mechanism has been continuously improved and a unique mechanism has been established for combining general education, technical education, vocational training, employment agency and employment system. In particular, the formation of a market-oriented competition mechanism in vocational training has greatly enhanced the effectiveness of vocational training. Vocational training in Sweden is divided into vocational training for normal healthy people and vocational training for persons with disabilities.
